Handover of keys for the Côté Gare project

HRS is pleased to announce the official handover of the keys to the Côté Gare project in Bussigny to the owners, Baloise Vie SA and Fondation de placement Turidomus.

Developed and built by us, this major new residential district comprises 471 homes and around 6,000 m² of commercial space spread over several buildings. After 48 months of construction work, Côté Gare has established itself as a true lifestyle hub, combining modernity and sustainability, in the immediate vicinity of the station and downtown amenities.

HRS expresses its gratitude to all the planning teams for their commitment and professionalism, and to all the subcontracting partners involved in this fine achievement. Special thanks are due to the teams and managers of the building owners, for their confidence and the quality of the exchanges throughout this ambitious project.
